Amir throws ball in anger after Babar Azam hits

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is one of the most exciting T20 leagues in the world, featuring top-class cricketers from all around the globe. However, it is not just the cricketing skills of the players that make the league a spectacle, but the drama and emotions that run high on the field. One such incident happened during the match between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings, where ‘frustrated’ Amir threw the ball towards Babar Azam in anger.

Babar Azam, the captain of Peshawar Zalmi, played a match-winning knock of 68 runs from just 46 balls against Karachi Kings. The 28-year-old started his innings in style as he hit his former teammate Mohammad Amir for his signature cover drive in the first ball of his innings. Babar continued his good form and flicked Amir for another boundary, which seemed to frustrate the left-arm pacer.

In a moment of desperation, Amir threw the ball towards Babar, displaying his frustration with the batsman's dominance. However, Babar was undeterred and brought up his fifty in just 39 balls. He continued to up the ante and hit Andrew Tye for a six and two fours in an over.

Unfortunately for Babar, his innings was cut short as he was caught at long off on the bowling of Imran Tahir. Nonetheless, he had already made his impact on the match, scoring seven fours and a six during his stay at the crease.

The incident between Amir and Babar highlights the intense emotions and competitive nature of the game of cricket. While it is understandable for players to get frustrated, it is important to maintain their composure and not resort to unsportsmanlike behavior. The PSL is a platform for young and talented cricketers to showcase their skills and it is imperative that they set a positive example for the next generation of cricketers.

In conclusion, the PSL is not just a cricketing event, but a platform for players to display their emotions and competitive nature. While the incident between Amir and Babar may have been a moment of frustration, it is important for players to maintain their composure and not resort to unsportsmanlike behavior. The league has seen some fantastic performances so far and promises to be an exciting and thrilling tournament for all cricket fans.
